EXECUTIVE BRANCH IS NOW BANNED FROM PROFITING FROM INSIDER TRADING

The STOCK Act is to ban the executive branch of government from profiting from insider trading. It is about time the modern "tea pot" loophole was closed. Now what do we do about Obamacare 2010, Fannie Mae, and Halliburton?
