It Is Homeland Security, Venezuelens Stay! Send Abbott to Lake Mead Condos

 Venezuela is no longer pumping oil, or selling CO2 emitting oil.  So what do they do?  Migrate.  We must accommodate the good citizens of the world.  Send Governor Abbottt to a Lake Mead condo, another damned river soon to be a dead pool.
