Are they telling the world that this system is broken?

Executive Branch Commutes own Sentences?

There is no longer a balance of power between the Judicial, Legislative, and executive branches.

"outing" Valerie Plame is not a bad sin? Scooter Libby was pardoned because the president felt sorry for him? or was another deal made?

Despite executive priveldge invoked by the White House. The airhead they sent to the senate investigation on 711 invoked executive priviledge to a question about being at a meeting with Bush about the prosecuter firings, then when asked several hours later, she said she was not at any!

Is this a 711 joke?

Or is Bush distrating the other branches of government to carry out his agenda/deeds?
