It's getting late for this statement. One has to wonder if it has to do with the Iranian administration; where Afghanistan could send enough heroin Northeast to start a drug war in Iran. Iran calls Britain "evil" now. Is this because of the number of Heroin addicts now in South Iran?

Holbrooke calls poppy eradication policy a waste of money. Money that was used for eradication in the past will be used to encourage farmers to farm other crops.
Parties on all borders policy?
Holbrooke said eradication only helps the Taliban recruit.
What about heroin and the next wave of fighters?
Or will it be Orange Parties within borders? Russia and NATO are now cooperating again.
Drugs kill. Just ask Michael Jackson's physician.
Is medical insurance covering all of these perscription pain killers?
